WHAT WILL WE LEARN

Try drinking tea without extra sugar or honey, you may taste the original flavor of the tea, especially when it is good quality tea.

If we drink tea at night, we want to be cautious about the impact of caffeine:

  • Figure out what types of tea impacts our body in what way, ask ourselves:

    • How does it make me feel?

    • What type of energy does it give me? (e.g., tea energy “Cha Qi“)

    • What type of tea is better for me to drink at night?

  • Listen to our body, and understand how different tea interacts with our own body.

    • “You are what you eat“, also, “You are also what you drink.“ Be mindful.

Tea, a path of cultivating and living our life, a life style, “very forgiving“:

  • Gongfu tea, may serve as an alternative type of meditation.

  • Tea could be a physical way of engaging the body and living at the moment

  • Tea time, creates a space and moment with ourselves, help us get out of our busy mind.

  • Ichi-go ichi-e (Japanese: ), one moment, one place one time, it never gets repeated again.

    • When making tea, no pressure to make it special or perfect, it is already great by nature.

    • “If it didn’t go well today, I can just try again tomorrow, because there is something special about tomorrow too.”

  • “Yesterday is a history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift.“ (Quote from Gongfu Panda)
