WHAT WILL WE LEARN

Sleeping too much, leads to my diagnoses of depression!

It is important to listen to your body and the signals your brain is sending you. If you sense something is off don’t hesitate to find help and the right support for your needs. You have the right to be heard, understood, listened to, and validated. If you are sleeping more than 10hrs per day? This could be a sign of depression. These important questions will be answered:

  • How can you cope with the grief, shame, guilt, and stigma of losing a loved one to suicide?

  • How can you identify early warning signals that you are off-balance in your life?

  • How can you identify that you are neglecting self-care?
