Dr. Michael Grandner is the Director of the Sleep and Health Research Program at the University of Arizona. He also serves as an Assistant Professor in the Departments of Psychiatry and Medicine in the UA College of Medicine, Assistant Professor of Psychology in the UA College of Science, and Assistant Professor of Nutritional Sciences in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. He is certified in Behavioral Sleep Medicine by the American Board of Sleep Medicine and is a Diplomate in Behavioral Sleep Medicine by the Board of Behavioral Sleep Medicine.

Dr. Colleen Carney is an Associate Professor and Director of the Sleep and Depression Laboratory at Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada. She is also an author, and her books often talk about cognitive vulnerability to insomnia and depression. She is a passionate advocate for improving treatment options for those with insomnia and other health problems.
