According to some research, most people who are sleep deprived often feel that way and have a higher increase of negative moods like anger, frustration, and sadness. For this week’s episode, I interviewed Dr. Jennifer Goldschmied she is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania. She studied Clinical Psychology at the University of Michigan and has done a lot of research about sleep and emotion regulation. Dr. Goldschmied will share with us the relationship between sleep and moods. She will also discuss ways and tips on how to have perfect mornings by having a good night’s sleep.
