Ep071: Sleep Disorders: When Help Is Just an App Away -With Dr. Carney - Part 2

OVERVIEW

Most of the people who are suffering from sleep disorders and other types of illnesses sometimes find it hard to get help from health professionals and there are lots of reasons why. First is the fact that first-line treatment is always expensive. Second is the risk of going outside especially to the hospitals where there is a higher chance of getting infected by the Corona Virus. Lastly is the rare accessibility and availability of clinics and health professionals in areas far from the city. So what are the choices you have to be entitled to a safer, cheaper, and hassle-free treatment or therapy that you needed?

In this week’s episode, I continued my interview with Dr. Colleen Carney and we discussed ways on how your sleep problems can be treated or be diagnosed despite the pandemic and you leaving outside the city. Dr. Carney will also share how some online apps can help not just adults suffering from sleep disorders but also teenagers who at a young age are already experiencing sleep problems. When it comes to your health status there should be no excuses for as they say health is wealth and sometimes help is just an app away!
