Ep155: Sleep Technology Today: Uncovering Sleep Technology to Create Individualized Sleep Experiences with Mark Aloia and Raj Mills

OVERVIEW

"Have some compassion for yourself. When you're trying to make changes that are hard and you're struggling, it's okay to struggle. Get social support, get support from others, get support from people, trusted people, and they could be trusted companies or they could be trusted professionals."

Using technology to manage sleep needs is essential for sleep technologists in order to provide the best care for their patients. Technology helps to streamline the process of diagnosing and treating sleep disorders, as well as helps to provide insight into a patient's sleep patterns and habits. With the use of technology, sleep technologists are able to monitor sleep activity in real-time and access data quickly to make informed decisions when it comes to treatment. In addition, technology can be used to ensure that patients are compliant with their sleep treatments and are getting adequate rest. Technology also allows sleep technologists to quickly and accurately diagnose and treat sleep disorders, which can lead to improved patient care and outcomes. Technology also allows sleep technologists to be more efficient in their work, as they have access to a wide range of data and can quickly access and analyze it in order to make informed decisions.
