How well do you know the word depression? You often hear this word from someone who is feeling down, or constantly feeling sad. What you don’t know is that there are bigger and deeper reasons behind this word. But how will you know if someone you know is suffering from this mental health problem? 

For this week’s episode, I am so delighted to have on the show Zack Rutledge a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and a Certified Brain Health Trainer through the Functional Aging Institute. He is also an author and has released his own book about depression entitled “The Official Depression Relief Playbook. Just like you, Zack has also suffered from depression for 10 years but managed to survived and lived a healthy and happy life. His experience led him to help other people who are undergoing the same mental health problem that he had before.
